Jedbaj Terms & Conditions — What you need to know before using the platform

01 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Jedbaj platform (jedbaj.onl) and all its services. Jedbaj is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. This document serves as a legal agreement between you (the user) and Jedbaj.

By using any Jedbaj service, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any term, please stop using the platform.

02 Account Register

03 Age & Eligibility

Jedbaj's services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

• Age is verified at registration, and a national ID may be requested in cases where there is doubt.
• If an account is found to belong to a minor, it will be closed immediately and all transactions will be voided.
• Providing false information about your age is a criminal offence.
• Parental responsibility — please ensure your children do not access this platform.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on Jedbaj are subject to specific rules. Every transaction is processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200. Maximum limits vary depending on account type.
• All deposits must come from the user's own account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Suspicious deposits may be held pending verification.

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 300. Having KYC completed speeds up the process.
• Mobile banking transfers are typically received within 15 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1–6 hours to process.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

• Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 7 days. After the specified period, bonuses are automatically cancelled.

• Claiming the same bonus more than once is prohibited.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed using a VPN or proxy.

06 Betting Rules

All bets on Jedbaj are final. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled. Each game or event has its own specific rules.

General Betting Rules

• Verify all details before confirming your bet — odds, amount, and selection.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Jedbaj reserves the right to settle at the correct odds or void the bet.
• In Sports Betting, bets are refunded if an event is postponed or cancelled.
• Casino game rounds interrupted by a technical issue will be settled based on available records.
• Exploiting system errors is prohibited and may result in account closure.

Maximum Win Limit

• The maximum payout from a single bet is BDT 1,000,000 (varies by game).
• Daily maximum withdrawal limits are determined by account level.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jedbaj. Any account found engaging in such activities will be suspended and all funds may be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts — Multiple accounts held by the same person or household.
• Bonus Abuse — Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times.
• Money Laundering — Using the platform to launder illegal funds.
• Manipulation or Fraud — Game manipulation, use of bots or automated software.
• Providing False Information — Providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Account Sale or Transfer — Transferring your account to another person.
• Hacking or cyber attacks — Compromising the security of the platform.
• VPN or Proxy Use — Circumventing geographical restrictions.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Jedbaj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons.

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide KYC verification documents on time.
• Evidence of fraud or illegal activity.
• Security threats or system abuse.
• Court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

Users may close their account at any time. Contact support for self-exclusion or permanent closure. Any legitimate balance will be returned at the time of closure, but bonus funds will not be refunded.

09 Limitation of Liability

Jedbaj's liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

• Jedbaj is not responsible for game interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Jedbaj is not liable for any loss resulting from a user leaving their password or account credentials unsecured.
• Jedbaj is not liable for losses caused by third-party software or hardware failures.
• No compensation will be provided for gameplay interruptions caused by unscheduled server maintenance.

10 Changes & Amendments

Jedbaj reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-platform notification.

• Updated terms take effect 48 hours after they are published on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• Users have the right to close their account if they object to the updated terms.
